The gifts we buy for the women in our lives feel particularly special. They’re an expression of how much we value their love, friendship and support, which is why we’ve taken the time to create this edit of super-stylish gifts. Our favourites? This year, we’re ditching plastic lunchboxes in favour of Emilie O’Connor’s cheerful bamboo container (also dishwasher-safe) and heading to the beach in Country Road’s paisley one-piece, a percentage of which is made using recycled nylon from fishing nets and factory off-cuts.
One of the original environmentally-conscious brands, Aveda creates nourishing haircare products that are good for the planet and good for us (the company donates regularly to green charities). We also love Vintner’s Daughter serum (we tested it earlier in the year) and Sticks & Sparrow’s eyewear, which uses sustainable materials – the arms on these Clover frames are made from cork, which makes them lightweight, too.
